To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a lifetime warranty on all our products, with a limit of 2 replacements during the lifetime of the original purchaser.

 

Replacement Policy:

Upon verification of your claim, we will replace your item at no additional cost, as long as you have not exceeded the replacement limit.

Shipping Information:

  • Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of shipping for warranty claims.
  • Turnaround Time: We aim to process all warranty claims and issue replacements within 2 to 4 weeks.

What’s Covered:

Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This includes:

  • Tarnishing due to manufacturing flaws

What’s Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse or neglect
