SilberMonds Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase from SilberMonds. We strive to provide you with the highest quality jewelry and a seamless shopping experience.

Return Eligibility

SilberMonds accepts returns within 14 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:

  • Unopened and Unworn: The jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition. All original packaging, including boxes, pouches, and any protective seals, must be intact. No signs of wear, damage, or alteration are permitted.

  • Damaged Upon Arrival: If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@silbermonds.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a return and either issue a full refund or send you a replacement.

  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at support@silbermonds.com with photos of the incorrect item. We will arrange for a return and send you the correct item.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact us at support@silbermonds.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  2. Ship Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories. Include the RMA number on the return shipping label. For return shipment instructions, please contact us at support@silbermonds.com.

⚠️ Return Shipping Fees:

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, SilberMonds is fully responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Standard Returns: If you are returning an item for any other reason, the package must be completely unopened with all original packaging and labels intact. For these returns, a fixed shipping fee of $14 will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  1. Receive Refund/Replacement: Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify its condition, we will process your refund or send you a replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 10 - 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Jewelry that has been worn, altered, or damaged (other than damage upon arrival).

  • Jewelry that is not in its original packaging or has been opened.

  • Sale items (unless damaged or incorrect).

  • Custom orders.

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Store Credit

Store credit may be issued for eligible returns at the discretion of SilberMonds.
